The mirror is black or says the camera is off

Harno needs the front camera. Open Settings › Apps › Harno and turn Camera on. It is the only permission Harno asks for.

I bought Harno and it still shows the paywall

Open More › About › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still fails, email the receipt date and we will sort it out.

The fill light is not very bright

Harno sets the screen to full brightness while the light is on. Turn off Low Power Mode and any screen dimming accessibility setting; in Settings › Display, make sure True Tone and Night Shift are not warming the screen if you need a whiter light.

The Hair filter looks wrong

Tap the Hair tag at the top of the mirror and move the Skin tone slider, or tap Auto with your face in view. The filter needs your skin to be brighter than your hair; the Negative filter works better for blond or grey hair on light skin.

Does Harno store or send my image?

No. There is no shutter, no saving and no internet. See the privacy policy.

Delete my data

There is no data to delete. Deleting the app removes your settings; the trial start date stays in the device Keychain so a reinstall does not restart the trial.
